1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp canola oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
salt & pepper, to taste
