These crispy potato chips are actually made in the microwave, but they have the texture of delicious kettle cooked chips. Pair them with this spicy cheese dip, and you'll have a snack that no one can say no to!

For the dip:
1 lb white American cheese
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp chopped jalapenos
1/2 tbsp jalapeno juice

For the potato chips:
1 russet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
cooking spray
salt, to taste
