easy frozen meal, crock pot tortilla soup

2 - 12.5 oz cans chunk chicken breast
1 - 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 - 10 oz can of enchilada sauce (mild or medium)
1 - 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1/2 minced onion
2 cloves garlic or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, jarred
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon cilantro

1 - 14 oz can chicken broth
fresh cilantro
corn tortillas
vegetable oil
salt
