Crock-Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage
5
I’ve been making this corned beef and cabbage every year for the hubby on Saint Patrick’s Day. It’s the closest to Irish food that we get and it’s an easy fool proof recipe! For the past few years I have been making it in the slow cooker, and would never go back to the oven. I throw it all day, and in the evening dinner was ready for us. I cook my roast on high for 8 hours and it was fall a part tender and completely perfect!
