Crock Pot Creamed Corn with Bacon

Creamed corn made in the crock pot could not be any easier.

5 cups frozen corn
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 ounces real bacon pieces
Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot and stir to combine. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until the cheese is melted and mixture is hot, stirring about 1 time every hour.
