Crock Pot Turkey & Rice Soup

Perfect hearty soup that's easy to make with those Thanksgiving leftovers.

8 cups water
8 cups turkey/chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 cups cooked turkey leftovers - shredded
1 cup grated carrots ( I prep mine ahead of time & freeze so I can grab & toss in when needed)
2 tbsp minced dried onions
2 cups cooked white rice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp minced garlic
3/4 of a 12 ounce bag of egg noodles
Combine turkey, broth, water, bouillon cubes, carrots, salt, pepper, garlic & onions in crock pot. Cook on high 4 hours - stirring occasionally. After it's cooked about 4 hours, toss in egg noodles,...
