Crockpot Pecan Pie

I made this yesterday, was a little skeptical. It turned out sooo good! I did turn it down to low when the crust started to brown, and to warm until ready to serve. Husband and kids big fans! And it made the house smell so good on a cold Sunday afternoon!

Ingredients
1 uncooked piecrust
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup dark Karo syrup
1 cup pecans, broken up
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions 1.Step One 2.Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. 3.Step Two 4.Place uncooked piecrust in the slow cooker and press up the edges about 1/2 inch up the sides. 5.Step Three 6.In a medium-mixing bowl, stir the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour on top of the piecrust. 7.Step Four 8.Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
