Crunchy Mini Chicken Breasts

Make your chicken pieces extra crispy by baking on a rack for 15 minutes.

130 grams fresh breadcrumbs
55 grams brown onion soup
5 ml paprika
500 grams mini chicken breast fillets
1 cup flour, for dusting
1 extra large egg, beaten
3 cups vegetable oil
1 bottle tomato sauce, for serving
Toss together fresh breadcrumbs, brown onion soup and paprika. Toss mini chicken breast fillets in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally the crumb mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and deep-fry chicken until golden and cooked through. Serve with tomato sauce.
