Crunchy Peanut Butter Squares

A favorite square in our house for the Holidays! It is super crunchy, full of peanut butter and topped with a delicious icing (that hardens!) this square is sure to be a hit with your family as well!

Base
1/2 c brown sugar (light not dark)
1/2 c corn syrup
1 c peanut butter (we use smooth)
2 c corn flakes
1 c rice krispies
1 tsp vanilla
Icing
1/2 c brown sugar (light not dark)
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
1 c icing sugar (powdered sugar)
