2 dozen large strawberries
1 bag Hershey\'s dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon Crisco
1. Wash the strawberries, leaving the stems on. 2. Allow the strawberries to dry COMPLETELY. 3. Melt the chocolate and Crisco either in a double broiler, or using the microwave. Be cautious not to burn, so stir consistently. 4. Once the strawberries are dry, hold them by the stem and dip thoroughly in the melted chocolate. Twist to catch the chocolate drips! 5. Place berries on wax paper and cool until the chocolate has hardened in the fridge. 6. Enjoy! Store leftover berries in a cool location.
