Dark Chocolate Frozen Banana Bites

Now that my baby is six weeks old, I am trying to get back in shape! As a food blogger, you can guess I often have a lot of desserts around the house. I have a major sweet tooth and I have the hardest time eating healthy and not having treats everyday! These banana bites help satisfy my sweet tooth and I don't feel as guilty as when I eat these instead of a candy bar. :)

4-5 bananas, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups dark chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
Assorted toppings (coconut, sprinkles, nuts, crushed candy bars, graham cracker crumbs, etc.)
