1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 and 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk (I used almond milk, but regular or soy would be fine)
1 and 1/2 cups chopped Chocolate Cool Mint Creme Oreos
