Dark Chocolate Zucchini Brownies Recipe

Some of the best cake I have ever had is Camille's Rich and Moist Zucchini Cake. I have been waiting for zucchini season to come around just to have an excuse to make it again! I came across a recipe for zucchini brownies and knew I had to try it!

Brownies:
2 cups chopped, raw zucchini
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Frosting:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
