Delicious chicken rolls

This is an amazing recipe... you guys will surely love it.. hope you will try this out..!!

chicken filling
1.5 kg chicken
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 table spoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin seed powder
1 cup yogurt
1/2 a teaspoon of salt

paratha rolls
3 cups white plain flour
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons sugar
warm milk as needed
pinch of salt
start by marinating the chicken .. put all the ingredients for the chicken in a bowl, mix well and leave it in the fridge for 3 hours .. till then knead the dough with warm milk and leave in a clear zip-lock bag for half an hour. Roll the dough into small balls and then roll in chapatis and then cook them.. cook the chicken in a non stick pan for around 10-15 mins. once done fill up the parathas and roll 'em up.

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
