These were a treat growing up for us. We always stuffed them with fruit and then sprinkled powdered sugar with whip cream on them. FAR from the healthiest thing in the world but for a Sunday brunch they are hard to pass up. Today was one of those days for my family. Served up with strawberries and blueberries in it. Talk about heaven. For an extra special touch vanilla ice cream.

4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
