Roasted Beets really adds great flavor to the eggs.

12 eggs (hard boiled)
1 scallion (chopped)
1 1/2 tablespoon fat free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Beaver Valley Honey Mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3 heaped tablespoons chopped fresh beets (previously roasted/cooked)
