Very tasty, very fluffy, very soft, easy to make.

1 cup gram flour, 2 tablespoon semolina(suji ), 1/2 cup curd, water to make a pouring consistency, 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fruit salt,1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, salt to taste.
INGREDIENTS FOR SEASONING :-
1 tablespoon oil,1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds, 10 curry leaves, 3 tablespoon water, chopped coriander for garnish.
Take all dry ingredients (except fruit salt) in a bowl and mix them well. Add curd and mix, then add water gradually to make smooth batter of pouring consistency. Grease a microwave safe dish with oil. Add fruit salt to the batter and whisk it for 2-3 minutes to make the batter fluffy. Pour the batter into the greased dish. Microwave it on high for 5-6 minutes. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then cut the dhokla into square pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves. Once it splutters, turn off the heat and add water. Pour this watery seasoning evenly on the dhokla, garnish with chopped coriander, and its ready!!!
