DIY Artisan Bread

This is by far the easiest yeast bread I have ever made. You put together the ingredients, let it sit overnight, stick it in a dutch oven or crock pot crock and bake! Is there any way it could get easier? It took me less time to make than it would have taken me to drive to the bakery, and cost me less than the gas would have cost to get there too!

3 cups all purpose flour
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. yeast
3 cups water
Combine the first three ingredients together and mix well. Add water and mix to combine. Divide into 2 sections, put in bowls and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit overnight (or at least 8-12 hours). Preheat...
