Dry-Rubbed Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I absolutely love pulled pork sandwiches. This recipe is now a family favorite in our house. It is so simple to make, and if your family doesn’t like spicy then you can lessen the chipotle powder, or go with different spices if you want a more plain kind of pulled pork. I changed up the recipe just a bit from the original 40 meals in 4 hours post but not much. I thought it was going to be blah with just a dry rub, but it really had a kick in the taste department but it wasn’t too much either. Pe

5 lb pork roast
1 large onion sliced
Dry Rub
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. chipotle powder
2 tsp. sea salt
