Easy Black Bean Hummus

Delicious twist on classic hummus that\\\'s perfect with both pita chips and tortilla chips

4 cloves garlic, minced and mashed
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup packed cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (juice of approximately 2 lemons)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup tahini
1 teaspoon salt
Water, as needed
In a food processor, add all ingredients except water and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
