Easy Bruchetta Chicken

This chicken recipe has an abundance of flavor. And it comes out juicy since you sear it prior to baking. That keeps it from being overly dry.

2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (sliced lengthwise)
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 tablespoon Seagrams 7 whiskey
10 Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1/4 cup Sweet Onion (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2oz mozzerella Cheese (shredded)
sliced fresh basil (for garnish)
