This Easy Chocolate Fudge Recipe is made with just a few ingredients and it comes out perfectly every single time! You don't need a candy thermometer or any fancy tools either. This is perfect for a beginning fudge maker. Make a few batches of this easy fudge and stick them in the freezer for the holidays!

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
