Easy Chocolate Mug Cake

Simple and fast delicious chocolate mug cake!

4 tablespoons all purpose flour
4 tablespoons white granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 1/2 tablespoons milk
splash of vanilla extract
3 1/2 tablespoons oil
Combine all the ingredients in a large coffee mug and whisk with a fork until smooth. Be sure to stir in all the ingredients that tend to sink to the bottom! You can pour half of the batter into a second mug, or if you want to leave it all in one mug, some of the batter will end up like a fudge topping! If the batter is separated into two mugs, cook them separately in the microwave for 45 seconds. If the cake is done done, cook it for an additional 30 seconds. If all the batter remains in one mug, cook it for about 1 1/2 minutes.
