Easy Freezer Salsa

I love this recipe because it cooks on the stove for about 45 minutes, then you pour it in containers and stick it in the freezer. It will last for 3-4 months and still taste as delicious as the day you made it!

8 cups tomatoes, diced (you can peel them if you want)
2 medium green peppers, diced
2 large sweet onions, finely diced
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped (I only did one and it was a mild salsa)
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons salt
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1-2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (I used 1, but you can use more if you like more heat)

Add all ingredients into a large saucepan or stockpot. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
Let simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
Pour into small freezer-safe...
