Easy Green Lentil Hummus

Green Lentil Hummus is a fresh take on hummus

2 c. cooked lentils
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
3/4 - 1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Add lentils, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, hot sauce and cumin to blender. Blend on high until desired consistency (1-2 minutes) Season with salt and pulse to incorporate.
