Easy No Yeast Pizza Crust
67
This easy dough requires no yeast, and can be made from things you have sitting in your pantry. Quick to make, quick to bake, and especially delicious! Just because it doesn't have yeast doesn't mean it has to be a flatbread style crust!

2 1/2 c. (450 g) flour
3 tsp. (13 g) baking powder
1 tsp. (6 g) salt
1 tbsp. (15 ml) olive oil
3/4 to 1 c. (180 to 240ml warm) water
3 tsp. (13 g) baking powder
1 tsp. (6 g) salt
1 tbsp. (15 ml) olive oil
3/4 to 1 c. (180 to 240ml warm) water
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add the olive oil and warm water. Stir the ingredients until they form a ball, then knead the dough on a flour-covered surface for a few minutes. Roll out the dough into the pizza crust shape of your choosing. Cook for 10 minutes, then pull out the crust and add all your toppings. Put back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
