Sometimes the side dish is what makes the meal. Oh my gosh these are so yummy and did I mention EASY? Say goodbye to those heavily battered onion rings where the batter falls off when you bit into it.

1 large onion

· ½ C milk

· 2 C flour

· 1 T salt

· ½ tsp paprika

· 2 C canola oil (or more depending on the size of your pan)
