Easy & Quick Pumpkin CInnamon Rolls

Now by now my family is kinda sick of pumpkin treats. I don’t blame them, I have kinda burnt out on them too. But I also still have a crap ton of Homemade Pumpkin Puree that is taking up space in my freezer (along with so much zucchini I pretend it’s not there). These pumpkin cinnamon rolls ended up tasting perfect, not too pumpkiny. In fact the kids didn’t have a clue they DID have pumpkin in them. HA!

1 c milk (whatever your choice is I have used almond and whole milk)
1/4 c butter
2 1/4 tsp. rapid rise yeast
1/2 c- 1 c homemade pumpkin puree
4 1/4-4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
Filing
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick butter very soft
Icing
1/4 c melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice mix
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp. milk
