Easy Slow Cooker Apple Butter

This Slow Cooker Apple Butter could not be easier! Leave it to simmer overnight while you sleep, and you will wake up to the most delicious fall treat and a house that smells divine!

About 6 pounds apples (or enough to fill your 6-quart slow cooker)
2 – 2 ½ cups granulated sugar (depending on how sweet you like it!)
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
¼ cup water

Peel, core, and quarter the apples.
Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray and place the apples inside. I use as many apples as it takes to fill up my slow cooker!
