Easy Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef

Throw this together in the morning and have dinner on the table 5 hours later! This dish is an easy throw in all in the crock pot, no searing required! You can also put it all together in a freezer bag and pull it out whenever you need dinner, without ANY work!

1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into stir fry sized strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup slaw
3 medium green onions, chopped

Coat steak pieces in cornstarch.
Add remainder of ingredients to crockpot and stir well to combine.
Place steak into the crockpot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
Serve with rice...
