Easy Strawberry Bundt Cake

Quick, easy, and Oh, SO MOIST! Cake is much better the 2nd, 3rd, and (if any is left) 4th day.

1-18.5 ounce box white cake mix
1-3 unce box strawberry jello
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup diet cola

Frosting:
1/3 cup pureed strawberries
About 3 cups powedered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray bundt pan with non-stick spray. Pour the cake mix and powdered jello into a large mixing bowl and stir together. Add the eggs, oil and diet cola and beat with mixer for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Do not over beat! Pour into bundt pan and bake 30 minutes, or until tooth pick come clean. Remove from oven and let rest 10 minutes. Gently loosen all sides of cake with a butter knife. Invert onto a plate and then again onto another plate or cake stand. While cooling, mix together the pureed strawberries and enough powdered sugar to make a thick, yet still pour-able frosting. Pour over top of cooled cake and cover overnight (best served the next day).
