Easy Twice Baked Potatoes

I LOVE baked potatoes…my husband? Not so much. What I love even more? Twice baked potatoes and so does he! PS-These potatoes taste fabulous with some Marinated & Grilled Beef, perfect pairing!

Potatoes (the bigger, the better)
2 T. Olive Oil
2 T. Butter
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup of shredded cheese
