Egg Salad

2 eggs, hard-boiled
1 tablespoon mayo
a squirt of mustard (about 1/4 teaspoon)
1/8 teaspoon sugar
fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 leaf of lettuce
2 slices bread
In a bowl, finely chop (or just mash with a fork), your eggs. Add mayo, mustard, sugar and pepper! Spread on bread or toast, add a little lettuce and enjoy! Makes one egg salad sandwich.
