Soft, sweet and slightly tart Eggnog and Cranberry Muffins. The perfect Christmas breakfast treat!

2 and 1/2 cups plain flour
2 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup fresh cranberries, halved
2 large eggs
1/2tsp vanilla extract
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 cup Eggnog
3-4tbsp extra Eggnog to glaze, optional
