4 roasted and peeled red peppers
3-4 pickles
1 can sweet corn (400 g)
250 g mayonnaise
pepper and salt to taste
Roasted peppers and pickles are cut into small pieces and mix with drained corn. Add mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything carefully. Salad leaves in the refrigerator for several hours.
