Everything Bagel Soft Pretzels

A traditional soft pretzel topped with Everything Bagel seasonings!

Everything Bagel Seasoning
4 tsp each:
dried Garlic Flakes
dried minced onion flakes
poppy seeds
sesame seeds
2 tsp kosher salt
Another option would be to just use Pretzel Salt
Pretzels
1½ cups warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 package active dry yeast
4½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
Vegetable oil, for greasing
10 cups water
? cup baking soda
Egg wash: 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
