Oh. My. Goodness. This my friends is the bar of all bars. A hefty bars comprised of not only one delectable layer, but two. Two different types of desserts united to make this ultimate bar. This isn't a bar for the faint of heart, I guarantee that. This bar stands about 2 1/2 inches tall and is packed full of M & M's, chocolate chips, oatmeal, Reeses' peanut butter cups, and Rolos. 1 Stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1 Cup flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
3/4 Cup oats

1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 Cup Reese's peanut butter cups, roughly chopped
2/3 Cup Rolo candy
For the brownies-
1 Stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
1 Oz semi-sweet chocolate, roughly chopped
2 Oz unsweetened chocolate, roughly chopped
1 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp vanilla
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1 Cup flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp salt
3/4 Cup oats
