A great and easy salad to make for all occasions!

1 head lettuce
3-4 large carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar
Wash and shred up lettuce. Put in bowl. Then put in carrots, celery, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Mix up ingredients. Then add dressing: Oil and Vinegar. Enjoy. You may add cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, avacado, etc...for variations.
