Feta Olive Dip

I love olives. I keep them in the house at all times to snack on! YUM!!!! I got the idea for Feta Olive Dip by taking my Feta Cream Cheese dip and adapting it slightly and adding olives. This will keep in your fridge for days (although quite honestly it didn’t last too long at my house) and you can definitely make it prior to any event! Perfect appetizer! (if you like feta and olives we have a delish tapenade too!) I used green pimento stuffed olives for this (because that is my favorite).

2 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese (I use low fat)
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of olive juice (from the jar)
4 ounces of Feta Cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons of Oregano
2 1/2 teaspoons of garlic (I buy pre-minced. If using cloves about 2 - 3 cloves)
1/2 C chopped olives (a few more for sliced top)
