Here is easy recipe for attractive and uncommon pizza, which surprise and delight your guests.

Pizza dough:
• 3,5 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon instant yeast
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 teaspoons olive oil
• 6 teaspoons water
Toppings:
• Sliced figs
• Blue cheese (you can use Mozzarella)
• Fresh, chopped thyme, oregano and rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
