Figs, Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Salad

Fresh figs tossed with arugula, prosciutto and blue cheese with a light sherry vinaigrette

6 ounces arugula, spinach or spring mix
6 figs, cut into eighths
1 ounce thinly shaved prosciutto, torn into small pieces
1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, low sodium
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. olive oil
