For the cold brew coffee:
1/2 cup ground coffee
2 cups water
For the frappuccino:
1 cup ice
1/2 cup cold brew coffee
1/2 cup half & half
1 1/2 - 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
chocolate syrup for topping, optional
