French Dip with a kick

Believe it or not, I had never had a french dip until a few months ago, so I have been experimenting with them and finding what tastes good, and I like flavor, so I added a few extra seasonings to the traditional aus jus.

6 Whole Wheat Hoagie Buns
1 pound of Roast Beef
6 tsp Mayo (I like the olive oil mayo)
6 slices Havarti Cheese
1 oz Aus jus packet
3 cups cold water
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp red peppers (more if you like it spicier)
1 tsp dried onions
