Summer drinks, all the time, yes please. Summer drinks with fresh fruit, even better! There’s something so refreshingly beautiful about eating (drinking) real food & that’s one of the thousands of things I love about this Mango Lassi recipe. First off, there are only 2 ingredients (3 if you decide to add milk). I can spell them, pronounce them, & know where to buy them. There aren’t any funky sweeteners or additives in it & it tastes wonderfully fresh, which is what summer-time bever

1 large ripe mango
1 cup plain yogurt
optional milk if you like it to be thinner
1 cup plain yogurt

Cut the mango into bite-sized pieces. Blend with the yogurt & add milk if you'd like (I used Greek yogurt, so it was thick enough to eat with a spoon!).
