Light, fluffy muffins with chunks of fresh peach and an almond streusel topping.

For the streusel:
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped almonds
For the muffins:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
1 and 1/2 cups peeled, chopped peaches (2-3 medium peaches) + 1 tablespoon flour
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
