4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar (divided use)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (4 oz) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 large peaches, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar (divided use)
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (4 oz) package cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Combine sliced peaches with 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain peaches and add water to juice to make 1 cup.
