6 lemons
2-3 cups sugar
2-3 cups water
2-3 cups sugar
2-3 cups water
Cut lemons in half and juice each one squeezing some of the pulp out as well. In a small pot, over medium heat, pour 1 cup water and 2 cups sugar in. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in additional 1 cup of water.
Combine lemon juice and sugar water mixture in a half gallon pitcher. Serve chilled.
**You may need to adjust the amount of sugar and the amount of water you add depending on how sweet or tart your like your lemonade.
