3-4 large apples

For the Batter:
1 cup flour
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
2 TBS sugar
1 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar (or 1 cup buttermilk)
1 large egg
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
½ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
