5 pear
oil for frying

Dyes:
100 g flour
25 g cornstarch
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 egg, beaten off
250 ml milk
How to make: 1. Dyes: Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and vanilla powder. Stir well. Add the eggs and milk gradually while stirring to form a smooth dough and set aside. 2. Peel the pears, seeded, cut into pieces according to taste. 3. Dip the pear pieces into the batter until blended. 4. Heat oil and fry until golden brown pears. 5. Remove, drain and serve.
