Fried Plantains with Cream Refried Black Beans and Crema

Flavorful and addicting. Ripe plantains are slightly sweet and the mix well with the creamy crema and savory refried black beans. A great side dish for Latin or Caribbean food or just to snack on.

2 ripe plantains
1 can of refried black beans
1 container of crema Mexicana/Mexican cream
1/4 cup of oil (I used blood orange olive oil)
